Building Maintenance
Buckeye Rural Electric Cooperative, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for an open Building Maintenance position. Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, this position is responsible for the cleanliness and security of the building and grounds.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The primary responsibility of the Building Maintenance person is to perform custodial duties. Other duties include making minor repairs, conducting safety inspections, assisting with warehouse and fleet, and running miscellaneous errands to meet the Cooperative's needs. Carpentry and/or electrical skills are a plus. The individual in this position will interact with all departments.
QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY:
Interested candidates must have prior custodial experience and/or training.
PAY RANGE:
Pay starts at $14.69/hour with consideration for experience. The position includes full benefits.

Buckeye Rural Electric Cooperative is a non-profit electric utility which provides service to over 18,000 consumers in a growing community. Since its incorporation in 1938, under the Rural Electrification Administration Act, Buckeye REC has proudly provided electric utility service to the community it serves.
As a member owned company, Buckeye REC has provided electricity to homes, farms, and businesses in the scenic southeastern area of the state. Buckeye REC serves consumers in parts of nine counties: Athens, Gallia, Jackson, Lawrence, Meigs, Pike, Ross, Scioto, and Vinton. The Cooperative is headquartered at 4848 St. Rt. 325 South outside Rio Grande, Ohio.
