Summary:
Member services representative needed to provide excellent customer service to all consumers and members of the public by utilizing an internal interface to process requests, payments, and record communication. He/she will be working to increase satisfaction and promote good business between consumers by accurately and efficiently maintaining customer accounts, initiating service requests, and responding respectfully and in a timely manner to all consumer requests, even complaints. 

This is a full-time, in-office job opportunity. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with occasional overtime. The wage is highly competitive and we offer a comprehensive benefit plan which includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required, associate degree preferred.
  • Must have two years of customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume atmosphere.
  • Must have cash handling experience and have the ability to multitask.
  • Must be able to type and transcribe conversation notes.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to work well with a diverse group of people.
  • Previous high-volume phone experience in an office environment is preferred.
